Rino Mechanical has the ability to develop custom gearboxes for your application and deliver them quickly. Our company has been designing and manufacturing custom gearboxes for almost two decades, and we use high-grade machining to ensure tight tolerances and sophisticated fits. We are also comfortable working with advanced materials, such as Delrin, hardened alloys, steel, aluminum, plastic, brass, and much more. If you have an adjustable machine application, you may want to consider our crossed axis gearboxes, which can deliver ratios as high as 40:1. Alternatively, you can use worm wheel gears and get ratios as high as 120:1. Thanks to our thorough manufacturing techniques, we can deliver relatively compact high functioning gearboxes. Our miniature gears, in particular, can serve a host of custom functions. Our smallest worm wheel gearboxes, for instance, measure 20 mm X 20 mm X 20 mm and deliver ratios of up to 30:1. If you want planetary gearboxes, we can give you units which input speeds up to 3,500 RPM. These planetary gears can withstand temperatures from - 20° Celsius to + 90° Celsius.
