Rino mechanical has continuous use Crossed Axis Gearbox and gear boxes of all types. Built from solid steel or aluminum block and precision bearings. The Crossed Axis Gearboxes are for heavy duty cross axis type applications. They can be easily customized for your needs. Crossed Axis Gearboxes come with ratios up to 5:1 helical gear versions. Ratios to 40:1 in the same type of package are available as worm-wheel version. Output torques at 1000 RPM up to 10 Nm. for Crossed Axis gearbox and up to 24 Nm. for worm-wheel types.
Crossed Axis Gearboxes can be supplied for food and pharmaceutical applications using Delrin housings and 440C bearings. A full range of continuous use flexible couplings including Oldhams, Beams and Bellows are available to meet any application. Coupling ODs from Ό. All come with 24 month guarantees.
