Mechanical has continuous use Helical Speed Reducers and gear boxes of all types. Built from solid steel or aluminum block and precision bearings. The Helical speed reducers are for heavy duty cross axis applications. They can be easily customized for your needs.
Helical speed reducers come with ratios up to 5:1. Ratios to 40:1 in the same type of package are available as worm-wheel version. Output torques at 1000 RPM up to 10 Nm. for helical speed reducers and up to 24 Nm. for worm-wheel types.
Helical Speed reducers can be supplied for food and pharmaceutical applications using Delrin housings and 440C bearings.
