Rino mechanical has continuous use Miter Gear Box and gear boxes of all types. Built from solid steel or aluminum block and precision bearings. We have right angle gearboxes designed for internal system use or for use as motor speed reduction units directly mounted to the motor. Many can be easily customized for your needs.
Right angle speed reducers come with ratios up to 120:1. Special ratios are also available on many boxes. Very low backlash is optional on many types. Output torques at 2000 RPM are available up to 70 Nm. for system use and up to 164 Nm. for motor mount types.
Crossed Axis gearboxes with ratios up to 40:1 and Worm wheel gear boxes with ratios to 120:1 give continuous use operation. Crossed axis gear boxes can be supplied for food and pharmaceutical applications using Delrin housings and 440C bearings.
