The Zero Backlash Universal Joints are unique in their design and construction. These instrumentation quality zero backlash universal joints can operate up to 30 degrees with zero backlash. Operating angles up to 20 degrees for a single zero backlash u joint and up to 40 degrees for a double u joint.
The ZD and ZDT Universal Joints are available in single, double and telescoping double zero backlash universal joints. Torques to 600 inch-lbs are offered. Standard temperature range for a zero backlash u joint is 0 to +100°C. Extended temperature ranges for zero backlash u joints are available as well.
